Lucky Thai Kitchen was founded by Linda (Rattanaporn Khempilar), an award-winning Thai restaurant owner, alongside her sister. With roots in the Thai restaurant business dating back to 1997, Linda brings decades of experience, passion, and tradition to every dish we serve. Linda firmly believes that Thai food should never be watered down. Authentic flavors, traditional techniques, and respect for Thai culinary heritage are at the heart of Lucky Thai Kitchen.
